Do I need riding experience to rent a fatbike?+

No experience needed. If you can ride a regular bicycle, you can ride a Fastr Fatbike V8. Every rental starts with a full briefing covering electrical support, brakes, and road safety. Our guides are always on hand for first-timers.

What's included in the guided tours?+

A fully-charged Fastr Fatbike V8, helmet, safety gear, and an English- and Dutch-speaking local expert guide. Tours run at a relaxed 25 km/h for 3 hours and cover the beachfront-to-El Palo route including the Beverly Hills viewpoints. Traditional Spanish lunch (+€25pp) is an optional add-on at checkout.

What's the difference between Highlight and Private tours?+

Highlight Tour (€49.50pp) joins other riders — mixed groups possible — for a shared 3-hour experience. Private Tour (€69.50pp) is your group only with a dedicated guide and customisable route options. Both run at 25 km/h with electrical support.

How far in advance should I book?+

We recommend booking 24–48 hours ahead. During peak season (June–September), 3–5 days in advance is wise as spots fill quickly. Check the booking system for real-time availability.

What is your cancellation policy?+

Full refund for cancellations more than 24 hours before your booking. Cancellations within 24 hours incur a 50% fee. In case of severe weather, we offer a full refund or free rebooking.

How far can the Fastr Fatbike V8 go on one charge?+

The Fastr Fatbike V8 has a range of 60–70 km per charge. Our guided tours cover around 20–30 km, so you’ll always have ample battery. All bikes are fully charged before every rental.

FASTR Malaga HQ is at Calle Ollerías 18, 29012 Malaga — centrally located and just minutes from the beachfront. Open daily 09:30–20:00.
